A new shaman repeating and cleansing his act. Flowers are an ambivalent gift (As gift means also poison in German) – or is it the present of presence? The present of presence is such a wet dream of contemporary dance, no wonder one wants to delegate this ambition to an object. This offering of flowers with gestures of Tarzanesque prowess indicates rather an archaic gift to the gods than a chivalrous gift to a Lady. Will the Gods use internet? This is only one question that makes the revival of ritualistic gestures a difficult endeavour.
