this duet is so goddamned beautiful, how the right one is
taking the initiative in walking like an egytpian, in
developping break dance gestures, and the left one is
doing some passive floorwork, with minimal movements
of the feet, till he rises up in a very inventive way, and
become a real active partner too, and then the scene
blows my mind when some friendly interaction take place.
the right one can listen well to the left one, and the left
one has a perfect sense for going in and out the frame.
wow, this is beautiful partner work, with stops on the
right moment, a lot of trust, a lot of couriosity, and a lot
of fun i think.
both of the dancers are so boyish, so young in their
nature, in the things they do, they never do too much,
they just do what they must do, get the dance energy
going in the space, without any sense of showing of.
my sincere compliments

I am very fond ans impressed of this performance, of both artists. but I am wondering why Robert seems to be sure that the left performer is a boy?? Robert, could you answer this question? renate

a completition: I appeal to "and the left one is doing some passive floorwork, with minimal movements of the feet, till HE rises up in a very inventive way", not to "boyish" which I read as a gender-category. best wishes, renate
